Our legacy property management and Superfund liability practice group also provides complete environmental technical services to a Fortune 500 corporation. This work involves project management of the corporation’s entire portfolio of properties with potential environmental liabilities both nationally and internationally. We have the experience and proven business model to efficiently convert an existing corporate level environmental staff into an independent, outsourced consulting group fully dedicated to servicing the needs of the originating corporation.
Although each Brownfield project is unique based on its environmental setting and redevelopment challenges, our approach is consistent and straight-forward. We work with the client to clearly understand the objectives (e. g, end use, risk tolerance, time frame) so that we can identify the resources and regulatory program that will best achieve the project goals. Our approach has been honed by our experience on over 50 successful brownfield projects funded through state and federal Brownfield grants that we have assisted our client in obtaining. Our CPs have been responsible for more than 43 Covenants Not to Sue (CNS) and eight Urban Setting Designations (USD) under Ohio’s Voluntary Action Program. Our Ohio EPA Certified Professionals (CPs) are highly experienced in successfully managing complex environmental projects and providing all aspects of brownfield restoration from Phase I and Phase II Property Assessments through remediation and culminating in No Further Action (NFA) status from the appropriate regulatory authority.
