Position Summary:
A highly organized and detail-oriented Data Integrity Specialist. This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data managed within CaseWorthy Software, as well as overseeing the collection and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our mission services. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for coordinating departmental submissions, including expense reimbursement forms, annual performance reviews, and compliance documentation, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
-Data Management:
- Oversee the integrity and accuracy of data within CaseWorthy Software, conducting regular audits and validations to ensure data quality standards are met.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entry and reporting processes.
-KPI Collection and Analysis:
- Collaborate with various teams to collect, analyze, and report on mission services KPIs, providing insights that support operational decision-making and strategic planning.
- Maintain detailed records of KPI metrics, trends, and findings for review and action.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all departmental expense reimbursement forms, annual performance reviews, and compliance documentation are submitted in a timely manner, adhering to established deadlines and guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and audits, ensuring documentation is accurate and readily available.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other departments to facilitate data sharing and enhance overall data quality and adherence to compliance standards.
- Provide training and support for team members regarding data entry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Develop and implement processes to improve data collection, documentation, and reporting efficiency.
- Stay updated on trends in data management and compliance to recommend best practices for the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in data management, data integrity, or related roles.
- Strong familiarity with CaseWorthy Software or similar data management systems is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to problem-solve and think critically.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in collaborating with diverse teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
